PeliFilip assisted businessman Octavian Radu with taking over Postmaster and Total Post. Following this transaction, which was finalized on Wednesday, 19 April 2017, Octavian Radu gained control over Postmaster SRL, the former branch of Osterreischische Post AG, respectively on Total Post Mail Services and Total Post Services, a subsidiary of Zoto Investments BV.
„I saw in the merger of the two companies both the chance to cut important redundant costs, as well as that of a better service for our clients, by increasing the rate of post deliveries. Although the contract was signed in the autumn of 2016, talks with the Austrian Post started in the first part of last year.
